For far too long, animal owners in Bradenton that have needed skilled veterinary emergency services for their ill or injured pets had to travel great distances to receive exceptional and expert care. With the opening of Bradenton Veterinary Emergency in December 2011, that skilled veterinary ER service is now available nights, weekends, and holidays in a central, convenient location, at 2910 Manatee Avenue West. Bradenton Veterinary Emergency is committed to meeting all of your pet's veterinary emergency needs with unparalleled compassion and consummate care.

Establishing a lasting connection with the community and residents served is vital to providing excellence in care. All of the veterinarians at Bradenton Veterinary Emergency (BVE) both live and work in Bradenton. The family of Dr. Kanzler, who is the owner of BVE, also has been well established in the city's veterinary community for the past 30 years.

Pet emergencies, like human ones, can happen anytime. Your pet’s injuries and illnesses may require immediate attention. Working with your family veterinarian, Bradenton Veterinary Emergency ensures that your pet’s medical needs are met on nights, weekends, and holidays when your regular veterinarian is closed. In the middle of the night, on weekends, or on holidays, we offer the outstanding emergency care your pet deserves and your veterinarian recommends. All of the veterinarians at Bradenton Veterinary Emergency both live and work in Manatee County and work hard to support the local veterinary community.

Hours of operation: 5:30pm-8am Monday-Friday and 24 hours on the weekends

Bradenton Veterinary Emergency has partnered with Vet Care Express animal ambulance to provide complimentary transfer of your pet to your family veterinarian after receiving emergency care at our hospital.

At Bradenton Veterinary Emergency, we treat your pets like the valued family members they are.
